Cevahir Holding continues its functions with 9 independent companies working in the fields of construction, tourism, investment, internal and external trade. In peak seasons the number of employees working st the sites of the Group was approximately 7000, including around 300 technical personnel.

 Construction started 1990 and opened in 2005. Project's investment and management are undertaken by The Cevahir Holding. The Cevahir Shopping Mall is sold to St. Martins Property in 2007.
