Maltepe Cevahir Hotel, whose construction is commenced to respond the increasing demand on the Anatolian side of Istanbul, is planned to be opened in year 2008. The hotel is near the Sabiha Gökçen Airport and business centers in the Anatolian side; ideally placed on the Marmara Sea coast with a wonderful panaromic view and the silhouette of the the Princes' Islands.
